In an E-mail to karters yesterday The KKS announced that due to the SARS epidemic the first round of the 2003 KBS Malaysian championship would be postponed indefinitely until a suitable date is found. The first round will take the place of the second round to be held on the 24th and 25th of May.
Also in the E-mail is information about the AGM, the First 2 rounds of the KKS series and changes that have been made to the series.The Email is bellow.

2006 Regulations 27-12-2005
As 2005 comes to a close, preparations for the 2006 season are already begining. The 2006 calendar for the KKS and RMC races are shown on the right of this page (Note: all dates are TBA and you should contact organizers for confirmations). Also KKS has released its 2006 regulations. The main changes are in keeping
with the new CIK rules of 1 chassis and 2 engines per competitor. Additionally drivers are now restricted to 3 front and 3 rear tyres per weekend, the same also goes for wet tyres. These changes were introduced to cut costs within the sport and should help in the long run.

2009 Regulations 8-2-2009
The 2009 AAM KKS Malaysian Karting Championship is already underway with the first round being held on the 18th of January. The results for the event can be found here. The new season brings changes to the regulations governing the events as can be seen in the 2009 Supplementary Regulations. One of the most noticable
